The reservoir of the dam is called the Mangla Reservoir. The dam is an embankment dam. The dam has a concrete spillway. The dam has a total length of 12,460 feet. The dam has a total capacity of 11.62 cubic kilometers. The dam was completed in 1967. The dam provides irrigation water to an area of ​​1.62 million hectares. The dam also provides water for the Tarbela Dam. The dam has a power station with a capacity of 1,000 megawatts.

When and where does the tour start?
Day 1 of this tour is an arrivals day, which gives you a chance to settle into your hotel and explore Jehlum. The only planned activity for this day is an evening welcome meeting at 7pm, where you can get to know your guides and fellow travel. Please be aware that the meeting point is subject to change until your final documents are released.
Do you arrange airport transfers?
